Passport holders of these following countries can get 30 day entry visas on arrival at most Indonesian entry ports, land, sea and air ~ be aware that that land and sea entry ports might give you a shorter stay option for 15 us$, so if you want 30 days you may need to specify clearly. 30 day visas costs 25 us$. Be mindful that these visas are extremely difficult to extend, if not almost impossible, and overstays incur considerable fines:

Upon entering Indonesia

Go first to the visa on arrival desk before the indonesian immigration checkpoints and pay the correct visa fee, these counters accept major currencies and credit cards as forms of payment so you don’t need to have u.s. dollars.   • since March 2010 VoA applicants will need to be photographed and biometric data gathered (fingerprints), so queue lines can go a bit long and may require more time and patience from you
