It’s a good idea to start booking your trips as early as possible. Being early means more chances to fine-tune your surf spots, get best choices to stay in, get low-fare tickets, and so on. In contrast, late bookings are more ‘stiff’!

Some of our trips can be paid on arrival and some needs to be prepaid, either in full or a small part. To know which payment options fits you, go to the respective ‘Accepted Payments’ page in any of our surf destination menus.

i.  Browse WO Surf Trips, contact the WO representative nearest you about all the trips you may want, including custom ones.

ii.  You’ll be sent a few trip choices, each with detailed costings, and if you are in a rather small group, you may be offered to make your trip as a ‘Jump On a Trip’ option for others to join. Please make sure you let us know if you want this or you prefer not to.

iii.  Choose which trip you want to book, notify the WO representative.

iv.  You’ll then get a detailed invoice of the trip, including any necessary prepayment details, plus requests for any important information we may need to make your trip as slick as possible, for example, flight and visa information. Please note that each trip can have different requirements.

v.  Pay the required prepayments as needed, send the required info as needed.
