Born in Bandung in 1963 from a multi-ethnic Mom as well as multi Dad, followed them during their diplomatic posts in London from '66 to '70 and Geneve from '70 to '72. Have been brought up in Bandung ever since except, of course, the odd travelling and three years uni in UWA, Nedlands, Western Australia.
